SHIPPING TIMES: All orders will be shipped UPS or FedEx within 24 hours (usually within just a few hours). Shipping and handling rates are based on the weight of your order. Please view our shipping estimator located on the Shopping Cart page, if you would like to view your shipping rates before you order. Every effort is made to ship the purchase as soon as possible. Customer service is very important to us.


Ramp Plans can be downloaded by following the link in your email after your payment has been approved, If you pay using Paypal you can download the plans immediately. Check/Money Orders, or echecks may take more time.


If you purchase a halfpipe, skatepark, or custom built ramps, you will be contacted within a few days about the installation of your ramps.

PROCESSING TIME: Orders are processed within a maximum of 24 hours (1 business day) after the order is placed. This DOES NOT mean we guarantee the package will be delivered within this time. Orders are usually shipped via UPS or FedEx ground, which is usually a 1-7 day service to anywhere in the USA and Puerto Rico, unless 2nd Day, or Next Day were chosen.
You can shop with Ramphelp.com from anywhere in the world and not pay high shipping costs. All International orders will be shipped via Worldwide Expedited (5-7 day service) or Worldwide Express (1-2 day service).
 
Please Note: Orders paid by personal check take 2-4 days to process the check before your order will be shipped. Cashiers checks and mail orders will be shipped within 24 hours.
If you are ordering near Halloween, Christmas or Valentine's Day shipping may take longer due to these peak mailing holidays. Please order early to guarantee that you will get your order on time.

Ramphelp.com is not responsible for any package once it is mailed out. If you have any problems regarding the shipment of your package please let us know; however, we cannot replace lost or damaged items.

 

RETURN POLICY FOR RAMPHELP.COM ITEMS: Any items purchased from Ramphelp.com may be exchanged within 10 days of receipt. A return authorization form is required and must be issued from Ramphelp.com to the purchaser. Any orders cancelled after order has been processed must obtain a return authorization form (orders are usually processed and shipped out within a few hours).

RETURN PROCESS: Only unopened merchandise may be returned.
1. You must Obtain a Return Authorization form by email within 7 days of receiving your order. 2. Mail the item back with all original tags on the garment, in its original unopened packaging (The customer pays for return shipping unless Ramphelp.com mailed the wrong item or the item has an obvious defect). 3. You will be issued a store credit (-15% restocking fee) within 30 days or less from the day we receive the package back to us.

We will REFUSE unauthorized returns. All items must be clean and unworn with all tags attached. All pre-packaged items must be returned in original packaging.
Items may not be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened.
If an order is canceled before it has been processed (usually only a few hours), you may receive a credit back on your card, or you can just cancel a personal check. If your order has already been sent you will be charged a 15% restocking fee, and only be issued Ramphelp.com store credit in the form of a gift certificate that can be used just like cash at any time at Ramphelp.com.
 
If returned item has been worn or damaged no refund will be given. We may give a partial refund, or send the items back to you at your expense. There will be a 15% Restocking Fee on all returned items. Please contact us for additional information.
Items must be received within 30 days once return authorization has been obtained, NO EXCEPTIONS. We will issue a store credit within 30 Days of receipt of package back to us.
There will be a 15% cancellation fee on orders that have already been processed and are ready for shipment. There will be no cancellation fee if an order is canceled before it has been processed (usually only a few hours).
